Pick up only sales starting Sept. 6th at our Bristol warehouse. Delivery orders for existing customers may be placed after Sept. 8th; WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!. Orders placed prior to Sept. 8th will not be accepted. Non Customers may check the week of Sept 15th for availability.
Present economic conditions, including the substantial oil price Increase, high transportation costs and the enormous increase in sales of pellet stoves along with the drastic cut in construction and several sawmills shutting down has caused a tremendous shortage of sawdust needed to produce the overwhelming demand for pellets. This has put many manufacturers behind in shipments, which is why we refrained from taking additional orders in July and August that would have over-committed ourselves however we do have contracts from manufacturers starting in September through the heating season and negotiating more.
We understand that our loyal customers are nervous and in fear that we will not be able to accommodate them and we are doing our best to keep you updated as we are being updated. We are being told that manufacturers will fulfill their commitments to us. They are only asking that we be patient in allowing them the time they need to do this.

Most often companies offer pre pays to get your money to buy your fuel. We already have your fuel, our only limitation is space.
We are still growing with new locations coming, more delivery trucks, and more new products while still giving you the best price and service you have had in the past. With such a large customer base and product selection, we ask that your pellets be delivered or taken when ordered so that we have the space to restock as quickly as we are able. It is our goal to pass these savings on to as many customers as possible before prices increase. At this time we do not accept credit cards unlike our competitors we would have to add to the cost into the price of your pellets and give the money to the credit card companies. We would rather let you keep the difference and save on your home heating fuel for your homes & businesses. Isn't this what it is all about saving you money?
